Ingredients:
-(Must) Ground beef (300 gr or equivalently 0.6 Ibs), some fatty
-(Must) Bacon (100 gr or equivalently 0.2 Ibs), thinly sliced
-(Optional) Mozzerella cheese (50 gr or or equivalently 0.1 Ibs), diced
-(Optional) Salt-pepper
-(Must) Hamburger Buns
-(Optional) Tomates, sliced
-(Optional) Lettuce leafs
Sauce:
-1 tbsp lemon juice
-1 tbsp water
-1 tbsp olive oil
-5 tsp brown sugar
-5 tsp mustard
-1 tbsp white vinegar
-Salt
-1 tbsp thinly sliced pickles
-2 tbsp thinly sliced white onions
Directions:
For the sauce combine all ingredients but olive oil, mix, and than add olive oil. In a bowl blend all ingredients of burgers but add cheese later. Shape the mix as patties some larger than buns. Grill burgers and toast crustless part of your buns on the grill. Respectively, put some sauce onto lower half of a bun, add some lettuce, than a burger, and finally tomato. Spill some more sauce and place the upper half of bun. Serve with french fries. Bon appetit!
